I started watching “Teen Titans” (2003) this weekend. I was too young to enjoy the show when it first came out, so I decided “why not start now”. The show follows the adventures of DC’s Robin, Cyborg, Raven, Beastboy and Starfire as they take on HIVE Five, Slade, Brother Blood and several other notorious DC villains.

I am currently watching “Orange is the New Black” (2013) on Netflix. It is excellently balanced with both drama and humor. Even with the many humorous moments, the show addresses the multifaceted tribulations of prison life. The series has well-developed, intriguing characters and it displays their bonding and emotional interactions well. “Orange is the New Black” is definitely the good kind of binge-watching, cliffhanger show!

I just finished “Harley Quinn” and loved it. It’s super fun because the villains of Gotham are the protagonists and they lead really complex lives like the heroes would in any other show. Also, love the LGBTQ representation of course. Harley and Ivy are so kickass and cute together.

The Haunting of Hill House. It’s a horror/thriller show on Netflix that focuses on a family living in a haunted house and how the trauma from that follows them into adulthood.

I’ve been watching CinnamonToastKen on YouTube. He’s basically just a sweet dad who reacts to ridiculous TLC shows.

I’m getting back into “Tuca & Bertie” just in time for the second season premiere. I was a huge fan of the show when the first season aired on Netflix back in 2019 and was upset when they cancelled it before it even had a chance. The new season on Adult Swim seems to be picking up right where the last left off in quality.
The adult animated sitcom about two birds (Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong) in their early thirties navigating life is created by former “BoJack Horseman” producer Lisa Hanawalt and has a similarly strong balance of zany comedy with depressing sadness, only with scale tilted more towards comedy in this one.
