Breakfast Bake Recipe by Sofia Baltz

Ingredients needed:
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 TJ’s Hashbrown Patties
- 1 cup frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup TJ’s frozen pepper & onion mix
- 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, browned
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- Salt & pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly spray an 8x8in. pan with cooking spray and place the hashbrowns on the bottom.
- Add broccoli, peppers & onions, and browned sausage over the hashbrowns.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into the pan.
- Sprinkle the cheddar on top and cover the pan with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until egg is cooked through.
- Cut into 6 pieces. Enjoy!
